Since then I have introduced my man into craigies and it was our favorite place to eat every year breakfast, we...go but then they refurbished this place to modernize it big mistake. this place is a piece of history and full of memories. I am sure that many can deal with it. in the first year they refurbished this place the last time that we ever had foot in this place. 1. server was rude and hastened to order 2. our eating came super fast and seems as if it were not fresh. 3. No coffee top-up courtesy 4. I had taken a break from eating and sat back. the server hurled me in to remove my plate without asking me if I were done. I had to tell him I wasn't done. 5. we felt haste and watched the whole time we tried to enjoy our breakfast. 6. Overall terrible customer service/experience therefore we will not return. it has lost its little feeling, no fresh, ninning customer service. but if they are looking for an FAST breakfast with terrible customer service. this place can be for them. craigies. many thanks for the many good memories we had, because they were once a great place!
I have visited Tobermory many times to enjoy the best freshwater diving in the world. Mornings are always busy, with getting gear ready, moving the car from the harbor to avoid parking tickets, finding a legal spot nearby, and grabbing breakfast in time for the boat. Craigie's, located right on the harbor, serves excellent breakfasts including bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes, toast, orange juice, and unlimited coffee. The food is served quickly, whether you are dining alone or with a group. It is hot, fresh, and ready when you need it, allowing you to be in and out in 15 minutes. Craigie's is the top choice for breakfast when diving in Tobermory. (Last visited in August 2019)
This restaurant used to be a wonderful place. The staff was efficient and friendly. However, now they seem rushed and uninterested. The food is mediocre and lacks any special quality. It feels unwelcoming and lacking in character. Even Vincent Price could teach them a thing or two about charm.
This place is open early and is central in the harbour. if you are looking for a decent breakfast and you need a quick bite before catching a boat tour, this location will provide the service is fast and friendly. we had omelette and French toast that were good.
Very limited options (sandwiches and omellette’s) so I got the ham and cheese omellete and it was terrible. overcooked, no taste and very small part
