Taco Bell - Titusville

I was able to get through the line fairly quickly. The only problem arose when I received the wrong food at the drive-thru. I pulled up to check my order, then returned to the window. The employee recognized the mistake and took back the food they had given me, handing it over to the rightful owner inside without remaking it.

This location doesn’t even deserve a single star. The staff they hire seem disinterested in working, making customers wait around 30 minutes in the drive-thru line until they eventually give up and leave. I drove alongside the building and asked one of the employees what the issue was. He replied that they didn’t have a manager and jokingly asked if I was looking for a job. I told him I would inform corporate so the situation could be addressed properly. My kids were really looking forward to eating there, but after waiting 45 minutes without any progress, we had to go somewhere else.

For as long as I've been an adult, Taco Bell has consistently offered good food at an affordable price. However, I've noticed that their restaurants have often been quite dirty during that time, and this issue seems to persist. I've never worked in the food service industry, but I assume that corporate policies play a role, with store managers adhering to only the bare minimum standards for cleanliness. Additionally, the store hours could be clearer. All the local locations list their hours as open until 1:00 a.m. on weekends, with slightly earlier closing times on some weekdays. However, when I tried to place an order through their app for a pickup at 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday, I found the doors locked and was forced to wait in the drive-thru line to place my order, which I had needed to do 95 minutes earlier. That was not cool!

My wife and I stopped in to eat usually we have bad experiences such as our order being wrong when we get home and have to run back but not tonight I wanna give a shot out to the night crew tonight NO Mistake ???? All the tacos were also very welledfilled up!! Thanks guys amazing

Wow, so cheap and yet really hot the spot, I mean you can?t give a Taco Bell 5 star really, it is what it is. But this place was what you expect from a Taco Bell and it served its purpose well. My only gripe is I turned up at about 9.40pm but couldn?t gointo the restaurant despite them being open until 10pm I thought. Maybe I?m wrong on that one.
