Little Caesars Pizza - Titusville

The food is good, the service is quite decent and it is a great way to treat people at a minimum. It is a great way to quickly pick up something for dinner, especially if you need to stop in the grocery store in the same Plaza

After my bad experience with the little Caesars located Hopkins in Titusville. I had called the shop GM called Jennifer and she had an understanding of our problem with my undercooked pizza. She made my pizza for free and these pizzas were boiled and were delicious. Thanks Jennifer! We're going to your place right now.

Horribler customer service. You never answer the phone. I called in the store and realized they had it quiet. Continuous procurement without care. And managers are always comfortable.

I came a very late night a week or two years ago and forgot to leave a star show. The responsible gentleman lets me know that they couldn't take my debit card back then and instead of sending me empty, gave me a free pizza! And the pizza I was looking for!

They somehow gave me the wrong pizza even tho the name of the pizza was on the box. They then got mad when I came back and asked for a new one because then they closed in 10 minutes. I did also call them repeatedly because I knew they closed soon but no one answered.
