Ristorante Toscana - Titisee-Neustadt

We came a few nights ago and enjoyed, so we came again. It took the restaurante over an hour and a quarter to bring the food. It took almost half an hour untill they took the order, although we called them again and again. after that they came to say that they dont have one of the dishes (which we ordered of). We complained a few times and all they said was that the kitchen was busy, although the restaurante was not food. When we said the kids are starving and asked to get whichever dish is ready, they insisted that they take out all the dishes together. Only after wr got upset, they agreed to bring out pizzas before the rest of the dishes. After waiting for so long, it doesnt matter how the food was. We were all upset and the kids were starved. Highly unrecommended.

Had been to this restaurant on the way from Neuchwanstein castle to hotel. The restaurant has a real homely feel with pictures of the owner around the resturant. Staff are able to speak decent English. The food was tasted homemade too and the service was...wonderful. They had some good vegetarian options!! We had ordered for tomato soup , garlic bread, Bruschetta and arabiatta pasta..a thumbs up to each and every item!! Definitely recommend.
