Amor - Tirana

Real cuisine, the food is delicious and well seasoned. Lots of vegetatian options. The staff is very polite. One of my favorite restaurants in Tirana after many years.

Terrible service and mediocre food. We entered late, around 22h asking politely if it was too late for dinner. They said that there is plenty of time. We choose 4 main dishes and while talking with the waiter about appetizers he said he will bring us few to taste- huge mistake. They are overcharging for them. We order bottle of wine which we were told is 20 something € but end up being 30€. After the first appetizer the waiter was pushing us to eat faster and was pouring the wine after each sip we took so we can finish and leave faster. I dont know why they just didn’t tell us they want to close earlier. We ended up paying 120€ for a pasta, few appetizers and wine and we were rushed to eat everything very fast. We didn’t even finish our wine. They told us they are closing and moving this place to the airport so I guess thats why they dont care for the customers. Shame!

Food and service is 3 stars. After having eaten here, I'm VERY surprised that this venue acheived 4.6 in rating as of Aug 7 2023. The wine on glass was decent.
