Spice Hut - Tiptree

Food still has not arrived after 1 and half hour and the guy who answered phone just said come soon and hung up on us rudely twice. Our home is 5 mins away and ordering on a tuesday? Cmon....

Best Pathia I've ever had. Everything else we've tried has been good, but the Pathia is legendary.

Second time ordering and both times very satisfied. If I could give more stars then I would. I have ate in hundreds of Indians around the UK and this is 1st class. Compliments to the Chef.

We recently visited Tiptree and ordered from the Spice Hat restaurant twice, and we were very impressed both times. The curry dishes we tried (I had a korma and my partner had a dansak) were delicious. The naan bread was amazing, as was the saag bhaji. I highly recommend trying this restaurant, as the food is both affordable and delicious.

My order from Delvirey took 2 hours and 45 minutes to arrive. The price was different from what was listed on the menu and some items were missing from my order. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and abrupt. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant as it would be a waste of your money.
