Pizza King Of Tipton

Only a handful of the Pizza Kings around the area seem to serve that traditional crispy PK crust. We asked to make sure it was a little crispy in case that wasn't their norm, and they were happy to oblige! Crust came out perfectly cooked! Service was great, as we originally intended to carry out, but decided to hang around and eat in. We were still given our Pizza boxed as we ordered but were also brought plates, napkins, flatware, and offered parmigian and red pepper seasoning. Super friendly and welcomed us back!!

About 10 dollars more then the pizza king in peru. So ready to close they called 15min before close to make sure I was coming to get order. Silly and mediocre Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This review is solely about customer service, after our experience over the phone we didn't end up ordering any food. Before calling I looked up the Pizza King menu online, first I tried to order something that was listed on the online menu, but apparently not available at this location. No big deal, I was going to order something different to go along with the special that was again listed on the website. The poor girl that answered the phone was nice, but had to refer questions to someone else. The lady in the background came off annoyed with us about trying to order something that they don't offer, but when I referred to the special listed online, she made it clear that she was very annoyed using a harsh tone that they don't offer those specials. A explanation is fine and wouldn't have prevented us from ordering, but after the way she came at us, we were happy to order elsewhere. Advice to others be sure to look for Tipton's menu specifically they are a franchise and don't follow what is listed on the Pizza King website.
