Hotel stay and staff are very curtious and cooperative.
Hotel Ambience Hospitality, Service is Too Good. Managers are Quite Smart enough and very Co Operative.
We stayed in the hotel as a group of 10 people in Dec 2021. The hotel’s services were ridiculous and we felt embarrassed for the low grade services provided to our guests. 1. There was no hot water. Every time we need hot water, we have to call the staff to fix it. Despite multiple complaints, the issue persisted and at occasions we took bath with cold water. One day their pipe broke and we got dirty sewer water in the taps. 2. Mind it: the bedsheet, pillow covers are so filthy that you won’t be able to sleep on it. Linen is full of holes, white color has turned yellowish and there are multiple stain marks. Same goes for towels. They have turned brown. Bring your own towels please. 3. The staff does not follow covid appropriate behaviour. Even after multiple requests, the staff did not wear masks when changing the linen. Finally, I wore the mask to be safe. 4. Be prepared to wait for an hour and reminders if you order food from room service. Overall I had a pathetic experience in this hotel.
Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel has all the amenities expected from a 3 star hotel. The food was tasteful and service provided by it's Staff, especially, Ms Nisha was professional.
