The manager, Tim F., was absolutely outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience. I arrived feeling a bit frustrated because I was having trouble with the online ordering system. Tim took the time to sit down with me in one of the booths and guided me through the ordering process on my phone. After that, he went behind the counter and made my sandwich himself. It turned out to be the best sandwich I've had in a very long time. I tried to give him a tip, but he wouldn't accept it, saying he was just doing his job. Thank you for being so incredible, Tim F. I hope you get a promotion soon; you truly deserve it.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious, just as I anticipated! Don't let any negative reviews deter you from enjoying JJ's. The restaurant was clean, and there was some fantastic music playing.

The food and delivery are inconsistent because of the high turnover rate among the staff.

The Thai chicken wrap was quite tasty. However, they've replaced the wheat sub rolls with sliced bread, which I miss.
