Bluestone - Timonium

Wonderful. Had the Crisfield stew, meerrot ahi tuna, crab cream, tomatoes moz salad. All articles were WONDERFUL. The ambience was also wonderful, sat in the terrace room, which allowed water to flow off on the walls. Our waitress was also wonderful, not overhauled and very attentive in a busy night. This is by far one of my favorite spots. Will definitely return. Desserts were also wonderful, yes everything was wonderful. Thanks Bluestone!

Went here for Mother's Day and it was fabulous. First of all, the atmosphere is just beautiful. We sat close to a fountain, which made it feel very tranquil. It wasn't too loud or overcrowded, just the perfect amount of people. Our waitress was very prompt and friendly. For the appetizer we ordered the Pan Sautéed Gulf Shrimp. It was great: the shrimp were cooked perfectly, the sauce was just right, the mushrooms were good and I usually don't like mushrooms cooked by restaurants because they're usually overcooked and chewy, and the grit cakes just brought it all together. Delicious! Then for the meal I ordered the filet and crab cake. This was the best crab cake I've had, hands down. And I've eaten many crab cakes living in Maryland! It was so moist with nice big chunks of crab meat and barely any filling. It was flavorful and had a nice crust on it with barely any filler. And the roasting fingerlings, while they could have used a tad more seasoning, were cooked perfectly as well. I'll definitely be going back!

Been here twice, both during non-busy lunch hours. I am a fan to say the least. Nice and bright inside with a nice charm. Food was great, too. Really enjoyed the shrimp salad sandwich and crisfield stew. A bit expensive though. Will be back.

Great HH Thursday Specials. Went with friends for half price apps on Thursday and will go again. Looking forward to trying their entrees out sometime. Did have some difficulty getting the attention of the waitress, but she kept our pitcher of sangria full!
