The drivers drive through the neighborhood at astronomical speeds with no regard of families, kids, pets, etc. I know everyone is short staffed but hiring people who risk others safety is not the answer. I did speak to a manager who apologized immensely, hopefully we see changes in the future.
Ordered a 2 liter coke, didn't receive it.Tried to get a refund online and they don't allow it.Tried to call the place and they offered me store credit on my next dessert or something weird. This was after listening to their phone system annoyingly tell me that they're hiring several times first in the cringiest voice possible.If you don't deliver something, YOU SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. Period. It's only like $4, but you shouldn't be allowed to just steal my money and not give me anything in return. Screw whoever came up with this policy.This is the final straw on a long list of issues with Dominos, I'm giving up on them. The chain that I once loved now has very poor management and serves incredibly underwhelming food.
This location service timnath, and I’ve been a regular customer, I have an issue with my order and try to speak to at the store and they answer me someone at the call center out of the country. This person told me that I will have a credit for my next order. I call today to ask about that “credit” and also about an issue I have with my app. Manager name “Mike” was completely rude when I ask him about his supervisor phone number since he couldn’t answer Any of my questions and also stated that he was not obligated to give me any information about the franchise phone number or supervisor. Horrible service today I hope someone in this franchise read and take actions and how to teach managers how to handle complains or simple customer questions.
