Riviere - Timişoara

We use to go there because of the variety of food and the good price-quality balance. It can be a pleasant experience for tourists trying the banatian (western romanian) dishes for the first time. My absolute favourite dish is the mititei (mici) (grilled ground meat...rolls in cylindrical shape made from a mixture of beef, lamb and/or pork with spices, such as garlic, black pepper, thyme, coriander, anise, savory, and sometimes a touch of paprika). Not a cheap place, but well worth to eat there. Atmosphere is also nice, on a terrace near the Bega river.

This spot is great, great views, great food, great staff. Tried a bunch of food options, my favorite is the diavola pizza they have, the also have one hell of a hot sauce for people who are into spicy food, their seafood paella is also...tasty. Would recomand!

Very poor services (the waitress had absolutely no mood for serving), food below average but they at least have high prices... not gonna be going there any time soon

I go there often during summer especially for business dinners and the food is always excellent, wine list is very good, the staff is friendly and they are client oriented. All my colleagues from Germany love this place. The same experience i have when i go with my friends for dinner or lunch. Great atmophere and view. I can't recommend something in particular because everything I tasted was very good. As a desert I can tell you to try the chocolate suffle! You will no regret it.
