Homestead Steakhouse And Country Store

The place was nice, it took awhile because we were with a large crowd, but the food was great and the staff top-notch!

3 of us guys made an impromptu decision to fly the airplane to get a bite to eat. This was my first time having a meal here, a friend recommended this place. Our meal was excellent! They have a robust well stocked salad bar, and my filet mignon was cooked perfectly. This steak was in the top 10 of the best steaks I’ve eaten. The twice baked potato casserole was excellent also. There are good options other than steak on the menu as well. We called the Steakhouse before we left so they would be expecting us. We flew into the Person County Airport, when we landed we called the restaurant and someone from the steakhouse promptly picked us up at the airport and brought us to the restaurant. After our meal they took us back to the airport and dropped us off a didn’t charge for the transportation. They are decorated for Christmas right now. The atmosphere reminds me of a Hallmark Movie. I’ll go back and take my wife before Christmas, she will love this place.

I hardly ever have the chance to go out and the staff at Homestead was more than we could have asked for. They even grabbed a picture of all of ur infront of the mantle. Beautiful place. Great staff.

Great food and service at a reasonable price. It's not cheap, but it's not too expensive either.

Drove all the way here for a Chicken wings buffet Salad Bar it was fantastic… It’s like a mom and pop Cracker Barrel type of place and it was a pretty cool place to try out.. Enjoyed with the family tonight! We will be back when we’re in the area again.
