KFC - Tilbury

My boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy a bun at this restaurant, but when we finally received it, it had a strong burnt and cigarette smell. After eating it, I felt very unwell and sick. The establishment was dirty, had a bad odor, and the service was terrible. We will not be returning due to this unpleasant experience.

Uninterested staff behind the counter,just pleasant enough to greet you and hand over your mediocre lukewarm food. Customers are obviously an interruption to their daily routine! Avoid if you can

It is an older style restaurant but that being said, we've been here quite a few times, and each time the chicken was fresh, hot, tasty and not greesy. A nice change from some of the KFC franchises. We'll definitely be back.

The restaurant is in desperate need of a renovation as both the exterior and interior are quite unappealing. While the food may be edible, I would hesitate to dine at such a poorly-maintained establishment.

Today, we stopped at a restaurant at noon to order two 3-piece chicken with fries dinners. The food was greasy and cold. It was our first meal of the day. After eating, we went grocery shopping and had to urgently use the restroom before we could finish. Our food intake lasted until 1:10 PM. This was one of the worst meals I have ever had.
