Tacos Walter - Tijuana

We visited tj last oktober for the first time. while we were there, we spent most of our Saturday night lost, while we went to a highly rated Birria Square I found on the eigelb. no luck: I feel defeated on the way back to the hotel. my cuñada discovers this place and hey! they sold birria! we turn to pull to their private parking place, I can't believe they park down there! Anyway, this place was pretty good. cuñada was 10 weeks pregnant and I was 6 weeks pregnant. they, ye son, and my friend have set up their birrie. I had an annoyed so I wasn't all done by myself, but I have a few simple quesadillas to settle my bub. I will say we were impressed by the birrie. so much that when we were in juni with a 4 weeks old, a 10 weeks old, la suegra, and the cuñadas bf, they were also impressed. instead of a bowl of birria bc I am not a great fan of caldo as I am of bark meat,) I have a vampiro which is a delicious birrie and cheese tostada. sandwich yum! all were very satisfied with their eating. we have noticed that this place is rather empty when we arrive first, but begins to fill as we are ready to go. good food and pretty good service. I noticed that the plates are covered in plastic bags? not sure if it is used in smaller ones to reduce water waste. Moreover, the salsa curtido tablets are kept in the refrigerator and I do not think that a fresher one is brought out when a new parasol arrives instead of serving one that is immersed.

Es un lugar muy agradable, ampliamente recomendados los tacos gobernador y de camarón enchilado. El agua de cebada deliciosa. El servicio es muy bueno y todos muy atentos.
