Tignes 2100 Alpine Kitchen

I would like to begin with the fact that the servier staff was amazing, attentive and friendly. the place has everything for him, great place, wein and atmosphere, but eating is not on standard, they can be amazing quality elsewhere, but not here.! when we tried to get feedback, the staff told us that the cook would not listen and there is nothing they could do for us! now look at the previous reviews, we wish we noticed it! the management must take more of it.

Service was good, however food is another experience. No kids menu was told we can order something from The menu to make it smaller. Not pizzas Portion size don't come here without eating first, ordered steaks and sides. Steaks were cold...and sides for people was one small bowl. We raised the issues to the server who said she would mention the issues to the manager/ head chef. Neither came over or offering of discount. Friends on the set menu (Hotel guests) have complained multiple times about portions sizes. For the price paid there was nothing special about the meal, with no memorable experience other than leaving Hungry and annoyed. Server again was OK. Manager/ chef need to sort this out. Much nicer and better restaurants in the area. Restsurant slogan is At water boils at Chef has mastered cooking at high altitude. Perhaps he/she should keep to cooking eggs.

Came back after a good experience last time we were in tignes. this time it wasn't good! the ordered steaks looked as if they were overrun and the other was a thicker but chewing and fat piece of meat. cost-effective eating for them. quality we started politely back and were presented with the bill and without mentioning the food. the staff is not comfortable to feed back to the cook, as not to hear and is older. the management has to appeal to the cook, the servier staff was great and really friendly. also trip advisor should have checked before booking. a shame.

So poor. all image no substance. on the face of him stylish. reality room too small and we actually found a condom under the bed! eat really quiet poor location saves it. never again

La gentille serveuse anglaise a été efficace. J'ai pu avoir la salade de chèvre avec des ingrédients différents de la carte. L'assaisonnement était parfait et les produits de qualité. La "pressed belly of pork" était très bien présentée et pas trop grasse. Nous avons voulu y retourner lundi, mais c'est leur jour "off" ! Nous y retournerons une autre fois !
