Sinju Sushi - Tigard

My friend and I spent $40 on two rolls and a shared appetizer. The rolls were basic spicy salmon and spicy tuna, but they were delicious! We also tried the tuna pot/salt salad, which was tasty but not very filling—enough to satisfy you for a couple of hours, but if you're not too hungry, it's a perfect portion at a reasonable price. You should definitely experience it for yourself! We waited about 35 minutes for a table for two, even though they had quoted us 20 minutes. Our server was friendly and attentive, which was a nice touch!

The ambiance is quite unique, with red lights and a fireplace, making the interior cool and inviting, located right in Bridgeport Mall. I visited on a Friday evening, and it was bustling and loud. Aside from the uninviting front of the restaurant, which seemed unaware of what was happening, we had a great experience and enjoyed our meal. Once we were seated, we were warmly greeted by a fantastic server. The food came out quickly and was incredibly fresh and tasty. We will definitely return.

Superb!!!! The best sushi I had at Portland Metro Station. Fresh, delicious and perfect proportions. Elegant food with a lot of distance.

We sat at the bar...no wait. All my pictures turned out red due to the lighting. Bar tender very helpful and kind. The sushi was delicious as were the drinks
