Mugen Noodle - Tigard

I'm kind of a tonkatsu guy and had my doubts but the soup was very good. The people are also super nice and I like the straight up belly to the bar atmosphere. A couple minor things, was a little over salty and for the price could have 2 slices of pork belly. That said, would go again and to end on a high note I was very pleased that the egg was actually soft boiled. So many places just serve a hardboiled egg now...

I got the Tori paitan with chicken with their spicy rayu on the side. Broth was delicious. Chicken was soft and in strips. Easy to eat. They provide all the utensils in front of you in a cup and water in a glass jar. Even though it's a very tight space, they put plastic barriers to ensure safety for their customers. 2,2,2 seating. Would come here again!

The curbside pick up experience was amazing! I ordered through square directly on their website. They did it in half the time estimated and the take out bowls were separated perfectly. Curbside pick up exp Curry Ramen my favorite dish here love the peanut flavor and the mushrooms reminds me of Khao Soi, a Thai dish that has sort of a yellow curry taste. But it's better Tori Paitan would be a 3 stars without the Rayu toppings. But it made it near perfect. It tasted a little plain without it. the pork was possibly the best I've had in Portland Miso tasted a bit plain to me, definitely needed the spicy sauce included, but again the pork was amazing. Katsu kare great but love the curry ramen more, even though it's a total apples to orange comparison it tastes really good and tastes like most Katsu Kares but way better. It tastes fresher and more flavorful great presentation perfect amount Potato corn croquette I love the sweet corn the potatoes are so creamy perfectly crunchy Kare Ramen loved this a ton, curry ramen is still my favorite though out of sheer preference the cutlet is perfectly crispy it tastes basically like the Katsu Kare but in ramen form love the chunks of beef

I can’t tell you how much I love this place. My wife and I go weekly. The people here are wonderful and always take good care of us. My favorite is the Kare Ramen, extra hot and we usually start with the gyoza. Highly recommend!
