Ichi Teriyaki 25 - Tigard

It is a clean place that has a charm to it. Simple yet diverse enough menu to have me taking my time with meal selection. I could see myself coming back out here in the future. Maybe once quarter? Cost/quantity/taste ratio didn't satisfy me enough.Food: 4/5

First visit, got the Chicken Katsu lunch special and it was as I feared recooked. The breading on the chicken was darker than normal and the chicken itself was dry and tough. I get that they're trying to serve food quickly, but I would have gladly waited for a freshly cooked chicken cutlet.

Had the teriyaki chicken entree with breast meat. Rice and salad were good, chicken was too tough to chew. Seemed overcooked. Egg flour soup was tasty, I liked how it had cubed potatoes and peas in it. Canned soda for beverages is reasonably priced.

This has become me and my brother go to teriyaki place given how good the food is, how quick the service is and how nice and cozy the actual restaurant is. I absolutely recommend especially if you like chicken katsudon like me!
