Pit Stop Bbq Grill - Tifton

This place was so much better than I expected. We said it was 10x better than Longhorns and after dinner there. That's not true. Pit Stop was wonderful. I recommend the wings. We said that they are cooked in a special way and the texture and taste proves that special nature. Perfect texture of chewing and crisp with a smoked chicken taste and great sauce. Soooo good. The ribs were great, the pulled pig wonderful, and the steaks were also great! I don't have anything that wasn't great. I'll be back!!!

All right, I eat two meals! I didn't know ribs could be so delicate. Pig meat is perfect. Sweet, mild hot grill sauces are great! Great service. Family owned and operated 26 years and the owner even took the time to ask me how I liked the BBQ. No reason to ever go to fast food when you travel I-75 from Tifton. To stop here is my new tradition.

My wife is from Tifton and we had ate at Pit Stop several times. We usually eat their BBQ and the best Brunswick Stew I ever tasted. She told me about the steaks so we split the 16 oz Ribeye, Baked Potato and a nice house salad with the best Ranch dressing I ever tasted. Price was fair, place was clean and service was good.

Let's talk about food, very rich, definitely the best ribs I've ever eaten. very soft and the bbq sauces on another level. but here comes the dessert thing that the cakes of this place taste delicious. At the end we bought 4 different flavors. and very fresh, as made at the moment, because each taste delicious. the super friendly waitress 100% recommended
