Phila Deli - Tierra Verde

I lived 13 years in Philadelphia (home of cheese steak), and I would put it up in Philly. Fantastic!

We came here on a weekday about 1pm. Was greeted by waitress for drinks. Put in our order then waited about 30 minutes for food. Everything arrived hot and was very good. I've never had a Philly steak sandwich but I ordered one with mushrooms and onions with cheese it was very good but I didn't see onions or mushrooms it was like a ground up liquid consistency that dripped out the ends. Not the steak and cheese I envisioned. The French fries were the best I've had in a long time.

The best Philly I had. You have to try. Mushroom and onion.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Food is excellent. Oh, they also have a wide selection of wines to go.
