Mcdonald's - Tibigan

There is parking, it is not a Jeepney or UVexpress van terminal anymore, but considering it is across the street from regular PNP officers, the begging is over the top even for the Philippines. Kids and adults tapping on the glass, to the point you try to ignore them, then they just open the door and hiss(suck their teeth) to the point your meal is ruined. It is ok with me, but it ruined my wife's meal and she is from the area and is so embarrassed people from her town are acting this way. Be prepared to have people ask you for money as you walk through the market, or try to enjoy anything near the pier. I live in Bohol and can tell you, this does not represent most Boholanos; however, locals are letting it go on, so I guess it will affect tourism, but the McDonald's franchised should consider doing something about it, obviously the PNP (the police) are not interested in seeing people being harassed about giving money.

Just 2 blocks from the pier. brand new Mc D. great service, great breakfast. if you order the large coffee - free refills. You can order fries in the a.m. too. recommended for a quick break after the ferry ride. MeuterMedia

I've been away for more almost 2 years, and when i came home, this pleasant surprise greeted me and my cravings. It's a spacious 2 storey building with the McDonald's logo on it. The food was great, like any McDonald's, but what really got me was the feel of the place. i was away for a long while and this feels just like home.

Ok the last review I gave of this place was accurate, but since i have been there, i recently ate and it is what a customer should expect from a McDonalds, clean, friendly, plenty seating, great service, and not a Jeepney - FX parking lot that sells burgers. Someone got the message and thank you for improving the service, getting rid of the tricycle / jeepney terminal it was turning into.

Ok this is the only fast food chain restaurant in Tubigon, it offers minimal quality that is expected of a McDonalds franchise. The parking lot has turned into a terminal for GT express vans, great if you need a ride, not so great if you are driving and want a place to park.The staff seem to have a problem with getting an order correct or even acting polite. There are only two Mcdonalds on the island of Bohol each about 1 hour drive from each other, if you have to go to Mcdonalds go ahead and drive the 1 hour, I asked nicely for the attendant not to place my meal tray on papers that were on the table next to us "excuse me may i get my papers under the food tray please" she actually yelled at me, and thought since i was not a Filipino that i wouldn't understand what she said, but forgot that my wife is local and totally understood what she said and reminded her, that a customer asking you not to ruin his paperwork when clearly the table in front of us was clear for her to put the tray, she purposely sat the tray on the paperwork on the table next to us, neither of us were rude, we just finished our meal and when i asked may i speak with a manager, they just told us they were not interested in a complaint from a "foreigner" so i asked my wife to tell them that we will just post our experience on trip advisor for anyone that is interested to decide for themselves
