Warning before buying a bogof pizza at Papa John's website as you Will only receive only 1 and they won't accept there are any technical problems with the site.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered a buy one get one free deal but only received one pizza. When I called to complain, I was told it was a software issue but they refused to redeliver the second pizza. I was instructed to contact head office for further assistance.

Driver came waited 63 seconds (doorbell camera can prove it dogs didn’t bark and didn’t.ring bell had to call him as he missed called my phone rude and unhelpful then had to call store to be told driver would have to come again and would take 25/30/35 minutes even though it’s a 10 minute drive totally terrible I’d never ever use them again plus pizza was tasteless and very few toppings

Never again. There must be an issue with the online ordering system, so for a 3rd time , I received an incorrect order. It might not be the store fault, but customer service is very poor. I called in and that rude Associate said it doesn't matter to him if he losses a customer because he has lots of other customers. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or for him to support. The Pizza came cold, as well very overcooked. Poor quality.

Asking me to review, where is the order? ETA was 70 minutes ago, doesn’t take long to fly down the road, I hope the foods not sitting on the counter getting cold
