Mr Sub - Thunder Bay

Went in for my favorite Sub the worker there shyan? I think her name was, was very polite. This has got to be my favorite place for a sub latley

This is the best Mr.Sub I've ever been to.(including other cities/towns The set up is clean and inviting. The staff is always very friendly and personable. They offer conversation well precisely crafting your sub. They aren't cheap with the toppings and the toppings are always fresh. They discuss amongst each other their olive stacking strategies and inquires if I mind if they cut my boyfriends meat sub before my veggie sub (Thoughtful! They even ask later if you are satisfied and wish you a nice goodbye when you leave! Also was given a free cookie for my son and they have a Clean bathroom! Great place to eat!

Now that Quiznos is gone I have found myself eating at Mr. Sub. This location is very friendly. Will be back!

The owner was making small talk with my husband and he had mentioned our son just had surgery that morning. He grabbed 2 cookies, 1 for my son and 1 for my hubby. When he got back to the truck the owner came out with a 3rd cookie because he saw me in the truck as well. Great customer service!!! It was so nice of him to do that and totally made our day!

I ordered the veggie sub on white. The bun was soooo fresh. I wish I had ordered the large instead of a small with soup. The cream of broccoli was the worst I've tasted. After 2 or 3 spoonfuls, I had to throw out. And I had to order a large because they were out of small containers. Please, remove it from your menu. It's horrible. However, staff was very pleasant.
