I had the Yorkshire pudding and pot roastIf my mom had cooked pot roast like that there would have definitely been no leftovers.

Intrigued by their wide selection of wing flavours, my boyfriend and I essentially came for a designated "wing night".

This place is simply wonderful. Lunch was Mac n Cheese balls and Fish and Chips both were excellent. We are outside because it was beautiful out. But the inside of this restaurant is so amazing inits steampunk theme. One of my favorite spots in Thunder Bay.

Look after working in the hospitality industry I get it, it’s hard to find and retain good hired help. But I also know there is a level of concessions you have to make to your customers to keep them happy. Last Friday my girlfriend chose this restaurant to try. It’s in a great location, between the court house and Fort William Gardens. The restaurant is in a historically renovated house, it’s got a real funky vibe...I liked it inside. But after waiting for 45 minutes for our food and no communication from the restaurant manager, I asked the only waitress when our food will be ready when she ran by. Only to be informed that there was only one staff in the kitchen. A good restaurant manager would have communicated to his clientele and apologized for the delay in the kitchen, a complimentary beverage for the wait, thanks for your patience...but none of this happened. After one hour of waiting, I just about to get up and leave and the plates were dropped at our table and the waitress ran off. Nobody asked if we would even like a second beverage. The manager did not come to apologize for the wait, did not ask us how our meals were or offer a complimentary beverage for patience. The food was good; I had the nachos and my girlfriend the fish tacos. In the end the bill came, and nothing was discounted for our time. Very poor hospitality for our time spent waiting for food. A good hospitality manager would have come to talk to us and offered some sort of comp for our long wait. This was my first time here and will be my last time here. There are many other restaurants in Thunder Bay that value my time and my money.
