Arby's - Thunder Bay

The service at this restaurant is always excellent and the food is amazing. The only downside is the long lines and wait times for food. However, I love the food so much that I keep returning despite this inconvenience.

The manager is fantastic, always hardworking. It's clear that he trains his staff excellently. You can always expect a warm welcome and quick service. I absolutely love the Beef N Cheddars and Beef Gyros with crinkle cut fries and a cherry coke!

I took my kids to this restaurant for their first experience there. The sound of their loud chewing indicated that they really enjoyed the food. My son particularly enjoys roast beef, and usually he eats just a little before claiming he's full. But this time, he finished his whole meal. Thank you Arby's for a happy drive home with my kids. They kept repeating the slogan "Arby's...we have the meats!" and discovered the combination of Arby's sauce and horsey sauce, which they loved. It was a fun and delicious experience for all of us.
