I you want to experiment the real raclette or cheese fondue experience, this is the place. And if you want to try my favourite Swiss dish, ask for röschti, this delicious potato dish that looks like a big pancake. You can have your röschti served with a piece of beef (entrecôte or filet.) n this case, don't hesitate to ask Jürgen, owner and chef of the Waadtländerstube to prepare one of his delicious red wine sauce to go with it. All that for a very reasonable price. If you are extra lucky, you will witness at the next table some clients singing folkloric Swiss songs (Ländlermusic).Certainly my best Swiss cuisine experience so far.
