Le Ch'ti Perdu - Thueyts

In a recent visit to the Ardèche we overlook the fact that the school holiday in February is distributed over one night and that consequently many hotels and restaurants would be closed. Hungry and with the time against us, we were relieved to find Le Ch'ti Perdu... opened and enjoyed a delicious menu du Jour that includes a generous salmon main course. Our host explained the importance of the restaurant name, which is that un ch'ti is someone from the north of France, the Pas de Calais, so that in the south of France it is un ch'ti perdu or lost north.

Family meals of 10 covered. friendly welcome by the very helpful and pleasant house mistress. on the menu for us specialties of the North... a discovery for the majority of us but a frank success. pebble pie, dandels, Flemish carbonade, the dishes were very copied and everything was appreciated! Note that the card is also provided with other more classic dishes so that everyone can find their account. Good desserts to finish. all for a very reasonable price. a test!

We came with family and all it was very well gone, nice welcome, good quality meat even the children we finish their plates..We will gladly return

Don't stop, prefer a good sandwich. Home deplorable for people from the north!When on the menu, I never had lunch as bad (I've been over 75 years old)To such a point that we preferred to take the coffee a little further.
