Sara's Place. Three Rivers

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I wanted to love this place. Husband and wife working together. Small town independent. But I could only bring myself to like it. I had meatballs and pasta, coleslaw and some cookies. The meatballs were nice and solid but baked seperate and had no flavor from the sauce. The pasta was overcooked. The coleslaw was beautifully shredded and had a nice flavor. The cookies were delicious. On a scale from 0-10

Newly opened. Tasty empanada and pulled pork sandwichs! The pulled pork melts in your mouth and is just the right amount! What really struck me was the owner, very friendly and talkative. Really enjoyed waiting for the food, almost as much as eating it!

3/16 that was alittle snotty! The website was what made me come there, it was wonderful! I showed my friend , his mouth was watering, so we drove up and down the street looking for SARAHS PLACE, had to go by the street #s. No signs. There is a decrepit coffee cup sign that hasnt worked in 20yrs.That was how we recognized the place thru Google maps. The windows had the same curtains as the last owners and you couldnt see in them, and I was still interested in eating there!!!

Delicious! Good variety. Fair price. 2 for 5$. Nice atmosphere and fantastic service. Found my new favorite lunch spot

I stop by here at least once a week for the empanadas. The couple that runs the place are so lovely and nice. Lately I've been getting the ham and cheddar and bbq bread. A great little spot with good homemade food! 2/22/21 So now I've tried the dinners. Amazing. The Shepherd's pie is made with a mix of veggies, not just corn, and it is delicious. We also tried the brisket sandwich and it's huge and comes with little sides of krout and jalapeño and mustard. The chicken
