The Cheesecake Factory - Thousand Oaks

Thank you for your response, Cheesecake Factory. I am optimistic that you will continue to adapt to customer needs. The skinny menu and calorie indicators are wonderful and appreciated, however, healthy eating isn't only about calories... which I'm sure you're aware of. Please work on improving the quality of ingredients.

The Cheesecake Factory is always a pleasure to visit. We sat outdoors and the atmosphere was excellent. I had the fish and chips, the fish was a little bread but delicious.

Lovely place for grabbing a bite. My partner had a lemon a raspberry cheesecake which came with whipped cream and found it delicious.I ordered a low calorie standard cheesecake which was tasted good but still sickening sweet.Portion sizes are massive and cheesecakes vary $12-$15.Waitress was fantastic, very efficient and attentive. The only odd thing coming from Europe is that when asked to pay for the bill by card waitress took my card with her instead of bringing the card machine to the table. I have observed this to be common practice in the US but if you are not used to this just bear it in mind or lay by cash!

The people that works at this restaurant have a bad attitude and don't appreciate that customer's decided to enter this restaurant. My waiter was not that nice.Maybe the management. ‍Food was okMy guest likes their sandwiches I didn't like the brown rice with meat. We arrived at 1:30 and were seated, but waited 8-10 minutes before anyone greeted us. Our waitress, Tianna, took our order and promised to bring drinks and bread. After waiting another 10 minutes without being served, my wife and I decided to leave. We felt disregarded. Even after 20 minutes of being seated, we still had not received our drinks. We will not be returning to this restaurant. The customer service was extremely poor. Save your money and go elsewhere.
