Had a very poor experience at this restaurant. I ordered food for pickup and it took after 30 minutes from the designated pickup time to receive the order after having to go in and ask for an update. When I did finally get the order the food was very cold, tri tip that was ordered to be medium rare was very well done, and the portions are very small for ordering half a trip tip and it not even filling half of a medium sized to go container.

This place is THE BEST!!! And GERALD makes it that way! So does the incredible food and carrot cake, and always great deals!

Me and my aunt got take out a couple weeks ago and the steak and meat was almost completely raw and everything was cold! I don't think we will be back!
