Starbucks - Thousand Oaks

My mobile order was executed correctly and on time. This Starbucks has a very comfortable atmosphere inside and outside. Service is very fast!

I went thru the drive thru and the people where nice. I had ordered two frappes and they were supposed to be venti's and they ended up giving me grande's. So I ended up getting two small cups instead of two big ones. I don't think they heard me correctly.

The staff at this Starbucks location is incredibly friendly and dedicated. Even during busy times with long drive-thru lines, they manage to fulfill orders quickly and with a smile. Every time I visit, the interior is impressively clean. Throughout the pandemic and various shortages, they consistently delivered excellent service.

They got my order wrong, and rather than fixing it, the staff gave me attitude and criticized me. They even started talking about me and laughing, making it clear enough for me to hear and see.

I enjoy entering Starbucks and being greeted by the staff who all say together, "Welcome to Starbucks." The main seating area is roomy, accommodating around 50 people inside, with additional seating available outside. The restrooms are clean and well-stocked. A friendly barista took my order and was very polite. My drink was ready within three minutes. I settled down to savor my hot Emperor's Cloud green tea alongside some pumpkin bread. It's a lovely spot to unwind for a bit and enjoy the aroma of brewing coffee.
