Jersey Mike's Subs - Thousand Oaks

I love the philly cheese steaks here. the service is great and it is never too full. I always replace the two and paprika for paprika and mushrooms and always add extra. they are more than obligated and very friendly about it. If you want a great sandwich in newbury park, you have to go here.

The stank of the water was so bad that I couldn't even make it on the counter before I had to gagged and run out the door.

The subs at this restaurant are fresh and filled with delicious ingredients. Our favorite options are the Italian and the turkey subs.

I ordered the 43 and Classic Italian dishes at this restaurant. I specifically requested no paprika with vinegar, but the chef still added paprika despite being asked not to four times and it being noted on the order. This has happened to me multiple times. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer. I also attempted to contact them through Google but only received an automated code response.

Ordered a delivery online. They have special instructions blocked and says to call. However they don’t answer the phone!! So the order will probably be incorrect and I have no way to communicate that ketchup is needed. Very unprofessional not to answer your phone especially when you instruct people to call!
