Bad Ass Street Tacos - Thousand Oaks

Did a LARGE catering order and everyone loved the food ! Pick up was easy and food was packaged well.

Food was good. Restaurant was busy. Service was great!

This place used to be good, but now has the same prices as Erewhon. We used to go multiple times a week, but now can’t justify the prices. There are better options in town for less. Bummer!

Store hours at their location clearly states that they close at 11 PM. We stopped by at 10:30 PM, they were locked up and the employees waved at us saying they were closed. So they closed 30 minutes before closing time??

My husband and I stopped here to get some fish tacos. I sat down in the patio with my dog while my husband ordered our food inside. The food came out and the waitress told us we couldn’t be there with our dog. I understand if he was misbehaved and was roaming around by other people and being destructive. But our dog is well behaved and was just sitting right next to us. I told the waitress that it’s over 90° and it’s too hot for the dog to sit in the car so we will eat quickly and leave. She insisted we couldn’t eat there and told us we can get our money back or pack up our food and leave. I’m 8 months pregnant and I was looking forward to resting my legs for a little while my husband and I enjoyed our lunch. I didn’t appreciate the waitress’s tone of her voice and attitude towards us. I think she could’ve easily just made an exception for this time to avoid such a horrible experience for us. I’ve never been to a restaurant that doesn’t allow dogs in their patio. So if you are looking for a place to have lunch while being out with your family and dogs this is not the place. Terrible terrible service !
