A very good service with friendly and welcoming staff. We arrived late for lunch at 5 but we were very welcome and served. Even the pizza of the little one was custom made according to his wishes. The setting is nice and the kitchen is very correct. To be recommended during your visit to the old city of Thouars.

Today, at lunch time, we had the opportunity to enjoy ourselves at “Le Saint Médard and we were delighted by this culinary experience! Upon arrival at 1 p.m., we were warmly welcomed by the staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our meal. As an entry, we chose Calzone pizza, and it was simply divine! The dough was perfectly cooked, light and crispy. For our main dish, we chose the pig chest, and we were not disappointed! The meat was tender and juicy, with an irresistible crispy layer that added a delicious texture. Seasoning was perfectly balanced, allowing the natural flavours of the meat to be fully revealed. It was a delicious and hearty choice of dish, which fully satisfied our appetite. The service was up to our expectations. The staff has been attentive and friendly throughout our lunch, ensuring that we have a pleasant time. The pig's chest was a real delight. If you are looking for a quality culinary experience at lunch time, look no further. We were filled with this experience and we are already planning to return.

The welcome was very warm, beers and delicious dishes. They were more and more copied. Quick service. I recommend this restaurant warmly.
