Wendy's - Thornton

Gabriel at the drive-thru is truly amazing! He always goes out of his way to accommodate my requests. The food is excellent when I come in while he's working—it's fresh, served quickly, and with a friendly attitude! It's also a child-friendly place. In my experience, Gabriel is the best team member they have; unfortunately, the others can be quite rude and unfriendly.

I had to come back and give this place an extra star. I don't eat fast food often, but when I do, I enjoy a Wendy's burger with a side of fries and maybe a frosty chocolate if I’m in the mood.

I've only been to this restaurant a few times, but my experiences have generally been positive, especially during my last visit. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious and prepared quickly. However, a recent experience with the Wendy’s app has changed my perspective on Wendy’s overall. Unless they stop using the app, I can’t recommend this location, even if it’s nearby.

The staff seemed overwhelmed, but tried to be helpful. the young man who took our order was pleasant, but had difficulty getting the order right. the food lasted very long and was not hot. the drinks were both out of order. the inner was dirty with eating all over the floor and everything was sticky. not sure we were going back.

This Wendy's just north of 88th on Washington Street is top notch. The one at 120th and York(or Steele) just has So many problems. 2 weeks in a row they could only accept cash and to me that makes me very suspicious of the employees ripping off the cash.A few months ago I ordered a Jr deluxe cheeseburger, got home to find 2 in my bag with all the fixings and neither had a spec of beef.WHERE'S THE BEEF!! That was in an old Wendy's TV commercial years ago.
