I always love to stop here for food. Great people. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Wow, this restaurant is amazing and the woman who runs the food truck is fantastic. I stopped off the freeway to grab some pizza but it didn't look good. I asked a San Joaquin County Sheriff's deputy where I could find some good food in the area and he recommended this truck. I'm so glad he did. At Lupita's truck, I inquired about the queso birria and consomme - fortunately, it was made with goat meat and it was delicious. The corn tortilla was just right - perfect texture and size, similar to a mulita. The Ant ordered two pastor tacos which looked great, so I decided to try a pastor sope. I poured the consomme on everything for that delicious goat flavor. The consomme had finely chopped onions and cilantro - a brilliant addition that added a lot of flavor. The salsa was also good, especially the Verde and habanero sauce which had a delayed spicy kick that made me tear up with joy. There were so many other tasty options; I was tempted by the hot Cheetos burrito but ultimately decided against it. It looked fantastic, but I'm not as young as I used to be. In terms of vegetarian options, I'm not sure if they have any. As for wheelchair accessibility, keep in mind that it's a food truck located in a parking lot.

The food was amazing and the charming town made for a great atmosphere. The queso Birria tacos were fantastic! I will definitely return.
