The server was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I wish her all the best!

The young blonde waitress is quite rude, and her customer service skills could use some improvement.

I ordered pickup online, but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed because no one from the night shift was there. I’ll keep this short: it would have been helpful to receive an email notification that they were closed, along with confirmation that my money would be refunded. I also wonder where the supervisor or manager was to help address this situation and ensure the business serves its customers properly.

The two young girls who worked here were kind and tried to pick up, but none of them knew how to check the balance of my subway GC. not the end of the world, but perhaps could manage them with instructions about what to do when they ask, because both confessed to be very new in the load. I would say this load might have some manager problems, but the sandwiches were in order.

Clean establishment, sort of laid back. Food was fresh, timely and made to order as ordered. Would highly recommend.
