Mcdonald's - Thornton

It’s ridiculous when the person taking your order brings her phone to the e register and pays more attention to it than your order…and gets your simple order wrong. This McD is has the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I waited in line for over 15 minutes, and the fries were completely unappetizing. Despite asking three times, I didn’t receive any ranch with my nuggets. The customer service was terrible! I won’t be returning to this location.

Bad service from manager jasmine. tries to lock us out of the restaurant at 20:30 o'clock when the lobby is open until 11 o'clock. She also mocked us under her breath when she went back behind the counter. to say it is so finished, and we can just walk through the drive throu. we know that we already ordered and choose to get inside. also seemed to have left friends of her in the same time as I knew her name. I praise the male manager for keeping his cool and continue doing his work and get disgusting while working on someone so respectful. not cool to close their lobby away early and mad at their costumes pay good money for their product.

The kiosks did not let us order the Cactus-Mahl in large size. then the coupons were all grounded. then put sugar in the ice cream, but no cream. the cash was great, but when we were sorted and got it, were pommes and nuggets raumtemp. food: 3/5

I don’t understand all the negative reviews for this place. Some customers seem to be overreacting about their experiences. It can get quite busy here at times, but compared to other fast-food options in the area, this restaurant consistently stands out. We actually go out of our way to come here, as the other McDonald’s and similar places are far worse. Sure, they occasionally forget items and it can sometimes take a while to receive your food (I’ve waited half an hour or more), but overall, this place is reliable and serves high-quality food.
