It’s unfortunate because it feels like just another chain coffee shop. I reached out to them as they requested feedback, but I haven't heard back. This is another example of a company that doesn't grasp the importance of good customer service. I won't be returning.
This place is fantastic! It's the perfect spot for a soup and a sandwich. They have amazing baked goods, including the breads they use. Seriously, this place is an underrated gem.
That was fantastic! My wife and I enjoyed everything we ordered. The staff did an outstanding job. The dining area is well-maintained and beautifully designed. I’m not great with names, but I believe it was Shelly, or maybe Shelby, the assistant manager, who was amazing, along with everyone else I interacted with. Thank you for such an excellent first experience. We will definitely be coming back!
Not only this place is overpriced, but also has bad customer service at least when the task of the baggage is promoted by the manager. the rest of the customer service is great with the exception of manager). a few days ago I went into the load to cut roggenbrot and some baked. they put all objects in a bag. Yesterday I ordered a hot sausage, ice cream and cheese sandwich as well as a cold twice baked croissant. these two objects were placed a hotter and a colder) in the same pocket. when I had to work, my twice baked mandel croissant was warm, soggy and the filling ran everywhere. this morning I have expressed my concerns to the manager, because typical savory items are not placed in the same bag as sweets, if there is a chance that the savory taste is transferred to sweets. I also praised that hot and cold items should not be placed in the same bag. his answer was that they always pack all the items in a bag and if I wanted it to bag separately to ask for it. seriously, a manager does not understand the concept of the correct luggage and wants to put this responsibility into the hands of the paying customer? Gone through the drive thru. First time here, was actually looking at the menu last night since it popped up on the Grubhub list. I ordered an sugar free ice coffee and a side of eggs. Eggs definitely fluffy! Ice coffee only comes in one size though but it's ok, it's a perfect size to get myself to work.
