I want to begin by highlighting what an incredible and outstanding person Armani is. He was exceptionally helpful and resolved my mistake in under five minutes. I had gone in to purchase a birthday cake but accidentally chose the wrong size. When I came back to the store, Armani was the first to notice my return and asked if everything was alright. I explained that I had mistakenly picked the wrong size cake. Armani inquired about the size I needed and kindly guided me to find the correct one. After some searching, we finally found it. He was quick to address my issue and even generously offered me the incorrect size cake I originally purchased. I felt terrible and kept apologizing since it was my error, but Armani’s kindness really shone through. I genuinely hope he gets recognized for his efforts, as he truly deserves it. Armani, I want to thank you for your kindness; I would happily drive an hour just to return to this location. It’s definitely worth the trip!

I recently visited Cold Stone for the first time, and it was truly amazing. They offer an extensive selection of flavors and toppings to mix into your ice cream. I tried the Cookie Doughn't You Want Some, while my girlfriend chose the almond milk chocolate ice cream, and both were exceptional. The customer service was also fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

The staff was extremely friendly. We arrived just 4 minutes before closing, but they still welcomed us with a smile instead of rushing us out. The reason for the 4-star rating is that I didn't really enjoy the flavor of the ice cream, but everything else, including the service and atmosphere, was excellent.

This is a nice change of pace from the usual fare available from you typical DQs and BRs. There is so much variety here given the flavors of ice cream, toppings/mix-in ingredients, and cone types that you'll have a new dessert every time you come to this place. The food is great, but the prices are a bit on the high side, especially if you are used to DQ/BR process, but then again, you're getting a much tastier product. For stars because the service takes too long (need more staff on a Saturday night!
