The young lady that answer the phone was very rude and hung up on me and than turned the phone off smh. I’m going to find another place soon

Absolutely horrible service. The food is great when they can get your order right. I called in my order and the lady kept hanging up the phone claiming that she couldn't hear me. Then once I called back again she took the order and hung up. When I arrived there she said that she did remember my order but never put it in because I didn't leave my name. She hung up before I could give it. The staff here are extremely unempathetic towards customers, rude, and inconsiderate. Why would you keep hanging up the phone and then never put in my order? I was rushing home from work and I called in my order because I didn't want to wait. I was so upset I just left out when she told me she didn't put in the order because how incompetent can you be?? The order was only three chicken tacos. I also emailed management and I never received any response from them. It's like they don't even care about the customer at all here. Every time I try to patronize Juanchos- Calumet City it's a hassle and because management hasn't reached out to me then I won't be back. I emailed them November 4, 2022 and it's now November 27, 2022 with no response. They don't value their customers at all. As long as they get your money they couldn't care less.

After eating the shrimp tacos, I immediately got sick. I've ate at this location many times. However always just ordering the steak tacos. Wanted to try something new. Big mistake tge shrimp made me very nausea. I forced myself to up(vomit) the food. Hoping to help with the nausea but no such luck.I called the establishment back, no luck on getting anything resolved. I would like to have a conversation with the manager that was not in today. I order from her all the time no sure what happened today. But know this stick to what you usually order.Thank you

The service was horrible never going back guy looked sick cooking the food guy taking orders had a funky attitude he had color eyes said he was the manager i told him give me my money back neow !!!!!!!

They food is good. Sometimes cold. But recently the customer service is bad!!! Baby girl behind the counter got a smart mouth
