We receive the worst service that you could imagine from the young lady that was working at this Burger King at the Towson town center mall. She was working alone and there was a line of people waiting to order and also to receive their orders. We waited over 30 minutes to get our order and the food was cold. I asked her could we please have fresh hot food she told me to wait I waited 20 minutes while she waited on other customers and refused to give me fresh hot food. She was very disrespectful and indignant. She claimed that she would give me a refund after waiting another 20 minutes. The service from this person is horrible and when I asked for her manager she refused to give out any information and when you call she will tell you that she is the manager and then hang up on you
I ordered the Whopper and fries my Whopper was red in the middle not done at all my fries was cold I received attitude when I asked for hot fries I even left a tip did not believe that my food would be a big disappointment to me today.. I understand we all have our off days.
The service was great. I did not mind the wait because the food was freshly made and tasty. They were not to busy at the time I visited.
One employee says they take the app coupons then the cashier says they don’t. Then the Asian owner is super cheap about napkin and ketchup. Get ur policy together and stop being cheap about napkin
