The Alley - Thornhill

After reading reviews and seeing lots of too chewy tapioca , i still want to give it a try. Turns out all the reviews are true! Worst tapioca I 've ever eaten. To tough and chewy. Not worth money.Just bought at 8pm and too furious that I want to leave a reivew.

I just recently visited the Alley for the first time. The staff was nice and quick. I ordered Deriocca Puff. The bubbles was crunchy and tasteful. Now, it will be my favourite store.

I’ve never gone out of my way to leave a negative review for a business but this customer service was so blatantly bad that I actually felt inspired. Despite it being dead, the mentally checked-out girl serving me for all of 30 seconds had absolutely no interest in helping out or being the least bit engaged. If customer service isn’t for you it’s okay hun there’s other jobs out there. Whoever you had working on the night of July 4th, get rid of her.

Been noticing the poor customer service lately. I went to order my drink and the girl was texting the WHOLE time I was ordering. Ive never seen such unprofessionalism. She messed up some adjustments that I asked for because she was NOT listening. I will say that she did apologize and remade the drink, but it could’ve been prevented in the first place if she just got off her phone…
