Steakland - Thornhill

I believe that all of their dishes are probably good, but we specifically went for breakfast. The restaurant should be more crowded, but they are located in the middle of a construction area, which is likely affecting their business. Our meals included three large, fluffy, and delicious pancakes (although the syrup should have been warmed, not refrigerated), a perfectly made ham and cheese omelet with side potatoes, and three eggs with bacon and potatoes (the eggs seemed unusually large, possibly ostrich eggs, with beautiful golden yolks and bright whites. The thick bread was toasted and buttered perfectly). The coffee was average (not great, but not terrible either). The prices were very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. The only reason we didn't give it a 5-star rating was because the syrup was cold and the temperature inside was slightly too low. The service was a bit slow during our visit, but it was likely due to a large takeout order ahead of us. However, the wait was definitely worth it.

Don't let the decorations fool you, the food is actually fantastic!! I will definitely be returning! I had the chicken and rice with egg.

I visited this restaurant and tried their homemade burger. I found that the combo with fries was priced fairly at $6.99.
