Ginza Sushi - Thornhill

The restaurant consistently fails to follow instructions. The ginger they provided had brown residue on it. Each time I order, I receive less and less food. Shake my head. Ginza used to be great, but now I doubt I will ever order from them again.

We usually take out sushi for dinner from this place and the sushi/rolls are always freshly prepared in front of our eyes. Just love these!

I've been here for over 10 years. I order a lot and enjoy eating. the personal is never friendly and always lazy. the restaurant is also a landfill. but I liked the order from there. from today I am absolutely. never again or again order and will go out of my way to inform others about the terrible experience I had today. on the website currently they have a recorder deal. we ordered the s1. I pick it up and when I get out, the very rude owner took the acknowledgement of my bag, which I thought was strange, but not too much had read into it. when I brought my tablet in the city, we opened it and it wasn't the s1 plate. I had ordered exactly this tablet and the ones I received were all vegetarian rolls. I called back and they offered me a free salad next time. I said no and then they asked me to bring back the tablet for my money. I said I'm already in the city. they asked me to keep it in the refrigerator overnight and bring it back tomorrow. I said, no, that was her mistake because they have an old flyer on their website, they should just let me keep this tablet and give me my money back. they absolutely refused. I didn't want to bring the tablet to the north and bring it back the next day. what did they want to do to serve another customer? the rolls were disgusting, I could add sparing, mango and mushroom rolls. I wouldn't eat that if you paid me. the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will not return definitiw. they should avoid

Love this little place! the sushi is the best I ever had! all I had is so fresh! I recommend this restaurant. the service is good.
