Looks like an old country store. I tried the brisket and baby back ribs. The brisket was very good but more like pot roast then brisket. The baby back ribs were undercooked and would've improved greatly with a little more time in the smoker. We tried the macaroni and cheese and the German potato salad. Both were very mediocre. They also have a meat market. I purchased a T-bone steak that looked very nice and will report on that later.

Fantastic BBQ, super friendly staff. Great choice of meats and sides. Very easy to miss on the road to college station from Austin.

Our first time here. We bought a little of everything and took it home. Brisket is good, a little greasy but good. The sausage was excellent. Disappointed to say the chicken wasn't cooked all the way through nor was the turkey. The dried sausage was a little too smoky for me and chewy. The bbq sauce not a fan at all. Too much garlic. Will try to salvage what I can and make a gumbo with the undercooked meat. Many better places closer to home.
