I always enjoy the home delivery of fresh pizza, straight from the oven, hot and gooey! Ordering through the app is a breeze, and with just a few taps, you can have a delicious meal in 30 to 40 minutes!

Vater John's has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. If they make a mistake with an order and you reach out to management, they will outright lie and claim they can't issue a refund. Instead, they direct you to call customer service, which will inform you that the local store is actually the only one that can process a refund. When you call back, they know they've been caught in a lie and try to twist the narrative. Ultimately, they refuse to give a refund and offer you a free pizza, but only if you pick it up yourself, despite the fact that you originally paid for delivery. They also tend to overlook items missing from your order, hoping you won't notice and instead charge you for the entire order. The pizza itself is just mediocre at best. I recommend ordering from here only if you want the absolute worst pizza experience on the planet.

I ordered a deal online 2-2-2 2 large pizzas and a 2 liter soda. they have forgotten my soda and the guy told me I'm calling the restaurant. I called and the man who answered, couldn't find my order at all, he just said next time that they only call and ask for a limo. I said I want a refund or I want the soda. He always said to ask one limette next time. this is terrible service! who will remember to ask for a limo when we order a pizza again? Not to mention the pizza lasted half an hour to come to us and was cold. not order again!

I have ordered the delivery from here three times and all three that I had to drive into the load to pick up the article they forgot. they refused to bring the missing thing to me every time and said they could repay the thing, but then a person in the house would have to go without their food. when we get the food, it's good, but the service here is venerable and guessed secondly to return after the third strike.
