There was a problem with my food the two ladies in front didn't want to help me at all didn't take the plate at all back I spent 48 dollars at this place. And the front counter workers did nothing. I was lucky another worker who was behind them helped me. I will not be back and I order a lot of takeout but never from Kent's. Oh and the 2 stars are for the lady that fixed my food. Food: 1

When I was a child , we had to come to the side to be served here but the food was good and my family nevertheless remained customers. Now I'm in a later age and the quality of the food has changed, I guess they don't order from the same company some items have become unavailable or whatever has happened it's unfortunate but food,and customer service has suffered. This was my last visit. R I.P. to some of the best tasting simple food in the surrounding counties.
