The 231 Grill - Thompsonville

My family visited in October for a fall weekend, and although we've been coming to Crystal Mountain regularly for 25 years, we had never stopped by 231 before. What a mistake that was! This will definitely become a part of our annual trip. I had a jalapeño burger that was truly the best burger I've ever had in my life. It was cooked perfectly medium rare and tasted absolutely amazing. I even had a chance to compliment the chef. I've actually considered making the trip again just for another one of those burgers!

My family visited in October for an autumn Wednesday getaway. We've been coming to Crystal Mountain for 25 years but had never stopped at 231 before—what a mistake! This will now be a regular part of our annual trip. I tried the jalapeño burger, and it was the best burger I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly to a medium rare and was absolutely delicious. I even considered asking the chef for the recipe! I'm already thinking about making another trip just to enjoy another burger.
